Operations Manager
Up to £30,000 plus benefits
Devon

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager with a background working with renewable technologies. Our client is an expanding organisation within the Solar PV & Energy Efficiency sectors, with the opportunity to join their team based in Devon.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing site & installation teams
  • Solar PV / Electrical contracting installations
  • Planning and scheduling installation & maintenance works
  • Procurement of materials and equipment to ensure works can be conducted
  • Drafting Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are up to date and followed at all times
  • Maintaining documentation accurately
  • Other duties as required



To be considered for this position, you must have relevant experience working within the renewables sector, ideally Solar PV, Energy Efficiency, etc. You should have experience within an operational management role, with the ability to communicate well at all levels. IT skills are essential, as is the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

The package on offer for this role includes an attractive basic salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits.
