Offshore Wind O&M Implementation Manager

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Operations & Maintenance Implementation Manager / O&M Project Manager, to deliver O&M projects for both new & existing offshore wind projects. Our client is a leading organisation within the renewable energy market, with the opportunity for an experienced O&M Implementation Manager to join their team based from Swindon.
As the O&M Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Operations & maintenance implementation for new & existing offshore wind farm projects
- Providing technical input & commercial expertise relating to due diligence throughout all project stages
- Supporting from project conception through to completion (design, construction, handover, operation)
- Managing project teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects completed on time
- New project delivery, project development and project design
- Leading existing site optimisation projects
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this position, you must have relevant experience within the wind industry implementing O&M strategies or working as a project manager. You must have strong negotiation skills and contract management experience is essential, as is a good working knowledge of UK Health & Safety regulations and legislation.
The package on offer includes a competitive basic salary, plus other benefits including car allowance, bonus and generous pension scheme. UK travel may be required therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
