MEP Quantity Surveyor
12 Month Contract
West London
Rate Negotiable

We are recruitng for a MEP Quantity Surveyor for a Energy from Waste EPC contractor currently undertaking a project in West London. To be considered for the position, the candidate must have experience in a similar position with good exposure to Mechanical, Electrical and Process experience.

The role is based on site where work is to be carried out from site cabins.
Reporting to the Commerical Manager the MEP Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Attending handover meetings to liaise and receive work from the estimating department.
  • Managing subcontractor accounts.
  • Submission and tracking of variations.
  • Reporting weekly to the Commercial Manager on project progress.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Experience across Mechancial, Electrical and Process Engineering.
  • Proven track record of client/subcontractor facing roles within Power/Energy construction projects.
