Contract - 12+ Mths

£350 - £450 Per Day

West London Location

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager for a Energy from Waste EPC contractor currently undertaking a project in West London. The role will consist of managing mechanical design and installation/construction of varying packages associated with the project.

Reporting to the Construction Manager the Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a point of contact for Subcontractor management whilst helping with their procurement and selection processes.
  • Establishing and monitoring key milestones, required of the project, to allow for successful progression and completion of the project.
  • Coordinating closely with the EPC project team whilst managing subcontractors around the mechanical package installations required of the project.
  • Concluding the project to the client's satisfaction i.e involvement in snagging, commissioning and validation.

It is essential that candidates hold a CSCS card and can demonstrate work within a similar project type i.e Sector, Size and Complexity wise. Other highly desirable points would be holding a construction qualification alongside a health and safety qualification (e.g NEBOSH, IOSH etc).
