Astute are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a global Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company who operate across a wide variety of construction sectors.

Based in central London the successful candidate will be responsible for a Commercial Project and will be heavily involved in the overall project lifestyle.

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Effective planning, cost control, commercial awareness and execution of the overall project
  • Leading a team throughout the Drawing Production process of the project
  • Manage overall Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation contracts
  • Overall management of contractors and work force

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Degree/diploma qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Experience managing all aspects of building services contracts ie; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
  • Previous experience of project management circa £20m
