Mechanical Commissioning Engineer - Data Centres

Rate - £400 - £450 per day (Plus Flights, accommodation & Meal Allowance)

Length of Contract - 12 months

Start Date - As soon as possible

Location - Denmark

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer for long term contract working on a large data centre project based in Denmark.

You will have previous experience dealing with the latter mechanical stages of large industrial projects, data centre, pharmaceutical or power engineering etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in collaboration with the construction team, ensuring that commissioning activities are planned safely and to required quality standards and specifications
  • Providing support throughout the commissioning phase of the project
  • Updating of commissioning documentation including site reports and assisting with O&M manuals
  • Carrying out and recording of all commissioning tests
  • Liaising with onsite subcontractors
  • Reporting to the Commissioning Manager and updating relevant personnel on site progress
  • Adhered to health and safety regulations and reporting any incidents appropriately
  • Assisting with training site operatives

Relevant candidates will have experience working on industrial projects of a similar nature i.e. data centres, pharmaceutical facilities or power stations and dealt with mechanical commissioning.
