Crawley, West Sussex

£30,000 to £35,000 + benefits

We are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance department of a 24/7 process plant in Crawley, West Sussex.

Responsibilities... Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for planned & preventative maintenance across the site, responding to breakdowns & conducting electrical maintenance on heavy process plant / power generating equipment (conveyors, pumps, motors, etc.) to help ensure that the plant runs at optimum capacity with minimal downtime.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience... To be considered for this position you will need to have a recognised apprenticeship/ONC/ HNC/HND/ONC in Electrical Engineering or similar. A duel skill ability very advantageous with maintenance experience required from within a relevant industry (power generation, energy from waste, waste management, heavy process). Candidates from CCGT, coal & biomass power stations will also be considered as will those with an ex-forces background.

There is a salary from £30,000 to £35,000 plus benefits with this role
