£28-33k DoE + benefits
Permanent, full time

Our client, a fast-paced manufacturing company based in the Leicester area, are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer / Shift Engineer / Maintenance Technician to join their team. You will be working as part of a shift pattern and tasked with carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on site.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out the planned maintenance and reactive breakdown repair on both electrical and mechanical equipment and systems on site. This will include working on manufacturing machines, conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, inverter drives and PLC control systems.

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to hold a relevant electrical engineering qualified (such as HNC / HND / apprenticeship / City & Guilds etc.) as well as experience working in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role. A background within fast-paced manufacturing and production environments is also ideal, such as previous experience in the food or FMCG sectors.

They're offering a competitive of up to £33,000 depending on experience, plus company benefits. You will be working as part of a rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday which will includes early, late and night shifts.
