Astute Technical Recruitment are looking for a Legal Assistant to join an established, privately owned house building company in their land acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team and would suit somebody with a keen interest in property development and land acquisition.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Land Buyer with coordinating and managing legal correspondence, planning obligations and contracts
  • Reviewing legal and planning documentation for potential sites and highlighting any concerns with costs or issues for the viability of the site
  • Working with housing associations and social housing providers to oversee the preparation, progression and completion of land sales and build contracts
  • Preparing files, documents and correspondence for review and sign off
  • Maintaining systems to ensure data integrity


Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the property sector in a similar role
  • A keen interest in property development or land acquisition
