Laser & Punch Press Programmer - Production Engineering
Salary -c£24,000-£26,000 DOE
Location - Pershore
We are currently seeking an experienced Laser and Punch Press Programmer to work within an expanding organisation. Our client is a well-established company in the engineering sector creating bespoke interiors for prestige transport providers. With rapid expansion underway, they would like an individual with sheet metal experience to join their team in Pershore - Worcester.
General activities as a Laser & Punch Press Programmer include:
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Reporting into the Operations Manager and Operations Director
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
- General housekeeping
- Proficient Radan 2011 knowledge
- Other duties as required
The ideal applicant will have prior production engineering experience, a knowledge of Radan/profiling machines, programming experience is key, the ability to read and understand engineering drawings, previous experience with sheet metal fabrication, a willing to learn new skills along with being able to work well on your own initiative.
This position is offering a salary between £24,000-£26,000 depending on experience with company benefits.
