Our client, one of the UK's leading operators of renewable electrical power generation & gas to grid injection in their sector require a Graduate Process Engineer or Chemical Engineer with a good theoretical back ground & strong maths ability.
The successful candidate will join a small, academically strong new technologies team. Your varied & interesting role will be to learn & report about new technologies that can be utilised to optimise the potential of new & existing process plants. You will also be involved in project life cycles with maintenance & operations teams when implementing & commissioning these new technologies. You will also gain feedback data as to where things work well or could be adjusted again for further positive results.
You should have a strong honours degree in Chemical, Process or related engineering with preference given to those with work experience gained with process plants from the power, food, brewing, biochemical, chemical, petrochemical or related industry. Experience with data programming (Excel, SQL, Java or other) would be advantageous.
You must hold a current driving licence as occasional travel as part of a team to site/s required. Main site near Guildford, Surrey.
This is a permanent role with salary on offer likely to be in range £25,000 to £30,000 depending on skills & experience, plus company benefits.
