Field Service Engineer - Steam

£29-32k + vehicle, tools

Permanent, Full Time

Field Based - Covering South Wales

We're currently looking for a Field Service Engineer / Steam Technician / Maintenance technician to carry out repair and maintenance activities on industrial steam plant, steam systems and associated equipment. This is a field based position covering multiple sites across South Wales.

As a Service Technician, you will be tasked with performing planned and reactive maintenance on steam boilers and associated plant. You will also be involved in daily operations duties, fault finding and diagnosis, as well as electrical PPM on the equipment.

In order to be considered for this position, you will need proven experience in a similar position working with steam boilers and other associated plant / equipment. You'll also need to have a relevant mechanical engineering qualification (HNC / HND / apprenticeship / NVQ etc.), or steam boiler training (BOAS) and gas qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, or similar) would be highly desirable.

This is a field based role, which will cover sites in the South Wales area, so you will need to hold a full UK driving licence.
