Field Service Engineer - Pharmaceutical
Up to £28,000 + Vehicle, Overtime & Package
We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading provider of Waste Water / Water Treatment technologies in the UK. Working as a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing various Water treatment technologies within the pharmaceutical industry. This will see you travelling across the Swindon, Andover and Basingstoke areas and occasionally client sites outside of these.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for…
- Preforming pre-planned/breakdown maintenance and services on specialist water treatment equipment.
- Assisting clients with technical faults.
- Installing new equipment when needed.
- Completing risk assessments, activity reports and other documentation as required.
- Offering after sales technical support.
This is a field-based position requiring a flexible approach, out of hours cover and rapid response.
To be considered for this position candidates will be expected to have a background in performing mechanical maintenance / service work.
Experience working within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical market is required as well as a HNC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
Full training will be provided to get you up to speed on the equipment and technologies you will be working with and due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license is essential.
