Facilities Manager - Manufacturing


£50,000 to £55,000

Our client, a leading high-tech manufacturing company require an experienced Facilities Manager to have full responsibility for hard & soft facilities, with 2 reporting team members, in a large manufacturing site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will take responsibility for both strategic planning & day to day operational delivery of all infrastructure such as building, plant & site. You will manage & continuously improve services whilst improving efficiency with your team, striving to reduce costs & ensuring high levels of service.

You should have a strong facilities management background & be well versed in Technical / Engineering Operations & facilities management Best Practise. You should understand H&S at both shop floor & policy level, with understanding of risk management. You should also be appropriately qualified with BSc / BA in facilities management, engineering or similar with IOSH & BIFM membership. You should also be a natural leader, a self-starter & be comfortable with business change (growth).

You should hold a current driving licence with site near the M27 in Southampton.

This is a full time position & salary on offer likely to be in range £50,000 to £55,000 depending on skills & experience plus very good benefits package.
