Engineer - Energy Efficiency
£35,000 - £45,000 plus bonus & benefits
London, England

We are currently seeking to recruit a Sustainable Energy Engineer who is interested in the renewable energy / green energy sector, to identify & implement energy saving opportunities for large commercial & industrial process sites.
As a "Sustainable Energy Engineer", you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying areas of power consumption flexibility in a customer site / process.
  • Working as part of a team of Engineers, conducting sites audits at customer sites.
  • Collecting & analysing power consumption data.
  • Recommending & overseeing installation of energy storage / renewable equipment.
  • Feedback on agreed savings / savings achieved.

To be considered for this position, you must have a relevant Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship/HNC/HND, degree etc.). You should have experience analysing data. You should also have experience in an energy related field such as auditing, process plant / chemical manufacturing / power generation etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a large competitor within the Sustainable Energy / Renewable Energy sector. This position requires travel across the UK, based from offices in London, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
The package on offer for this role includes a salary in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits including pension & bonus.
