Astute Technical Recruitment are sourcing Electricians to commence on a 3 month contract in Dorset, to assist on the refurbishment of a Pumping Station in early January.
The ideal candidate will possess previous water industry experience and knowledge of MEICA and relevant Electrical packages within the water industry as they will be required to assist general refurbishment and installation of a total of 6x 45kw pumps into the station, requiring knowledge competent knowledge and ability to terminate cabling and work with panelling.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:
- Installation of new electrical package,
- Termination, Cabling and working with Panelling.
- Assisting with Electrical Team to ensure smooth installation.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following knowledge / qualifications:
- ECS Card.
- MEICA experience.
- Blue/ Water Hygiene Card.
- Previous experience within the Water industry.
- City & Guilds or equivalent in relevant field.
