Electrical Maintenance Technician - Battersea

London

£35,000 + Overtime

Introduction

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain a range of static waste sorting plant on a materials recovery facility in Battersea. You will also assist other local facilities as and when required.

This is a shift based position that will see you working 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm on a rotating system.

The Job

Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for preforming pre-planned and breakdown maintenance on wide variety of static plant such as hoppers, compactors, dollies, cranes, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You will also be based with general electrical maintenance on the facility itself (lighting)

Based from the facility in Battersea, you will be expected to assist with maintenance activities across the businesses other waste facilities in London.

The Candidate.

Candidates will have experience preforming electrical maintenance on a range of static plant, this experience can be gained in the Waste, FMCG, Marine sectors.

Candidates will ideally hold a formal Electrical Engineering qualification.
