Electrical Supervisor

6 Month Contract

Breedon & St Albans

£350 Day Rate Limited Company Rate

ASAP Start

Our Client is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their organisation on an initial 6-month basis.

As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team working on quarry based projects. Our Client currently has two upcoming projects that will run independently for a period of about 2 - 3 months for each project. The successful candidate will see the first project to completion before moving onto the second project.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating works and general day to day site management of direct employees and subcontractors
  • Overseeing safe work practices
  • Testing, inspecting and validating electrics works
  • Writing up reports as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Recognised qualification in a relevant electrical discipline
  • CSCS Card or SSSTS / SMSTS
  • Previous supervisory experience of staff and contractors
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations including requirements for hazardous area electrical equipment and LV/HV systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence

It is imperative that candidates are willing to travel as this role will be based at two different site locations during the length of the contract.
