Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Glasgow

We are recruiting an Electrical Commissioning Engineer for a Energy from Waste contractor currently undertaking a project in Glasgow. The role consists of assisting the commissioning team around aspects relating to the commissioning and start up phase. This will be in relation to the three main elements comprising the site which are Materials Recycling Facility, Anerobic Digestion process and Gasification Process.

Reporting to the lead discipline manager you will have experience:

  • Site based, hands on installation and commissioning experience with the ability to problem solve.
  • In identifying project risks and being able to offer solutions to resolve these.
  • Around Steam Plant and Rotating Equipment preferably. Experience around Materials Recycling or Anerobic Digestion would be considered.

Candidates shold be able to demonstate work with a similar project type i.e Sector, Size and Complexity wise.
