Document Controller - new build Power Project

Bedfordshire

£22-27 per hour

Introduction…

We are recruiting for a Document Controller for a new build Power Project based in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have experience of working for a client or EPC on the construction of a large-scale Power Station. Using the onsite PIR's system, the Document Controller will be required to review, coordinate and store the documents in the EDMS enabling access to varied levels of authority.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of documentation through EDMS
  • Meeting room and site visit management
  • Diary Management
  • Booking of accommodation, travel and sustenance for visitors
  • General Administration

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Previous experience of working in a site-based environment
  • Experience of using or operating an EDMS
  • Experience of PIR's Systems is desirable
