Deputy Shift Manager - Power Generation

£25-30k + overtime

Permanent, Full time

Our client, a leading company working within the renewable energy sector, currently require a Deputy Shift Manager / Assistant Shift Manager / Site Supervisor to join their team. You will be tasked with supervising a 24/7 process plant, based in the Bristol area.

As the Deputy Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day shift supervision of the workforce, ensuring compliance with health & safety and relevant legislation. Other duties will include organising work rotas, inspecting and maintaining equipment, as well as identifying operational issues that impact plant performance.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have worked in a similar position with proven supervisory experience, as well as have completed IOSH / NEBOSH training. An understanding of SCADA control systems and experience with steam systems (BOAS accredited) would also be beneficial but is not essential.

You will be required to work on a 12 hour 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights) and they're offering a competitive salary in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
