Deputy Office Manager
£27,000 + Car scheme, health care and holidays

Fixed Term Contract - Up to 4 years


Astute Technical Recruitment are working with one of the UK's leading engineering and construction companies looking for a Deputy Office Manager to be based on site as part of the Luton Airport expansion project.

A strong office background is essential and good knowledge of the construction industry and finance is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the on-site office manager your duties will include but are not limited to…

  • Assisting in facilities management
  • Managing general administration processes
  • Phone handling, managing incoming calls etc…
  • Handling company invoicing and reconciliation
  • Managing emails and other incoming communications
  • Supporting the office manager with general duties as required

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Strong administration & clerical background
  • Good Budget/Finance experience
  • Strong user of all Microsoft packages
  • Background in the construction industry is preferable
