Job Title - Customer Service Executive
Location - West London
Salary - £23,000
Our client, a global leader within the recycling of general non-recyclable waste are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join there West London team supporting the Customer Service Team in handling all service enquires in a fast and professional manner. Operating in 21 different countries our client creates collection and recycling solutions for anything that would otherwise be sent to incineration or landfill and partner with some of the most recognisable brands in the world.
As Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for but not limited too
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager in handle all telephone and email enquiries.
- Supporting in the development of service provided to all customers
- Support in the administration of developing the logistics collection network across the EU
- Assist in facilitating the growth of the network of collections points providing marketing with support where required to drive the growth within collections
The Ideal Candidate
As the ideal candidate you will previous experience within customer service. You will have excellent attention to details and strong interpersonal skills.
You will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and a genuine interest within the sustainable/green business would be beneficial.
