Customer Service Engineer - Water Services

£21,000 - £26,000

Stoke-on-Trent

We are currently seeking to recruit an aspiring Engineer, to assist the Operations Manager in a variety of Water Technology services. Our client is a leading organisation within the Water Purification Industry, with an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join their team in a customer-focused role.

Typical duties will include:

  • Customer service - liaising with Clients, Suppliers & fellow Employees
  • Quotation on new projects, working from inception through to completion
  • Ensuring that water services equipment is of operable condition
  • Working with the Technical, Engineering & Operations departments in commissioning stages of Water services
  • Being part of a call-out rota & aiding to maintain maintenance service schedules
  • Other duties as required by Operational Manager

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a Technically-minded individual, with an interest in the Environmental/Engineering sector. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

The package on offer includes a basic salary ranging from £21,000 - £26,000, plus overtime & benefits. This role is both field and office based, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
