Job Title - Customer Relationship Manager (French Speaking)
Location - West London
Salary - £30,000
Our client, a global leader within the recycling of general non-recyclable waste are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join there West London team. Operating in 21 different countries our client creates collection and recycling solutions for anything that would otherwise be sent to incineration or landfill and partner with some of the most recognisable brands in the world.
As Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing the client's customer service function and public collection network.
As Customer Relationship Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited too;
- Developing and manging the Customer Service Team
- Manage all Customer Service activities via telephone and email in a fast-paced environment
- Management of the public drop off location network and developing potential new locations
- Work with the marketing team to assist customers in driving their collection points.
The Ideal Candidate
As the ideal candidate you will previous exceptional experience within Customer Service. You will be fluent in English and French with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and a genuine interest within the sustainable/green business would be beneficial.
