You will be a self motivated engineer, with the ability to work across all phases of a project lifecycle from initial spec to operation and have the flexibility to adapt to emergent tasks as required. You will be keen to continue your personal development and be confident with direct client exposure and inter disciplinary internal communication and collaboration.

Required Skills
Demonstrable experience, with specific examples on request, across a significant number of the following skillsets, with the motivation to gain knowledge and competency in any areas that you currently do not excel at. In addition to the below a grounding in communications theory and practice for both software and hardware, along with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems would be an asset.

  • Sensor technologies
  • PLC and SCADA development (all stages)
  • FMEA
  • Robotics (Forward/inverse kinematics, trajectory generation, control theory)

  • Requirements analysis
  • Real-time software development and OS usage
  • Client interaction
  • Technical report writing

What's on offer
The opportunity to join a company operating at the forefront of the technological curve in their field, with multiple exciting new projects to exercise and progress your engineering excellence. There are positions available at varying degrees of seniority and responsibility, but every role has the potential for rapid development to cover larger work packages and team leadership. Support to Chartered status is key, if not already held, and an extremely strong colleague base of senior engineers to mentor and assist more junior staff are always on hand, with an excellent team based success ethic.
There will be opportunities to become involved with marketing and business development activity if desired, gaining further client exposure and stakeholder management skills, in addition to industry conference attendance and participation.
Salaries are more than competitive relative to the market and will be negotiable dependent on qualifications, experience, and aptitude.
