Contracts Manager - Thermal Insulation (Heating and Ventilation)

Our client, who are a well-established insulation contracting company in the industrial and building construction sectors, are looking for a Contracts Manager to be based in London.

This role will be focusing on Heating and Ventilation insulation which includes both thermal and acoustic insulation and will be working across the whole of London with occasional work outside of this area.

Roles & Responsibilities
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing sub-contractors and liaise with the London-based supervisor
  • Communicating effectively with existing clients and identifying opportunities to being on new business
  • Managing existing and new contracts

Skills & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Knowledgeable of construction Health and Safety regulations. SMSTS would be preferable as well
  • Ideally somebody who is mechanically bias
  • Ability to write and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
  • Have knowledge of BIM
  • Good communication skills with key stakeholders
