Contract Project Civil Engineer

Contract - 3 Months with potential extensions

£30 P/H Negotiable


We are recruiting for a Contract Project Civil Engineer for a Engineering and Design consultancy based in Northamptonshire. The client manage multiple projects within the Industrial, Educational, Leisure Healthcare, Energy and Public Sectors.

Reporting to the Associate Director the Contract Project Civil engineer will have the following responsibilities:

  • Represent the client with other relevant project professionals on site and meetings.
  • Completing and co-ordinating design of roads and drainage systems for project.
  • Have input in to and complete flood risk assesments as required.

It is essential that candidates have experience in the design of roads and drainange schemes. This will relate to previous housing and industrial projects. Candidates will also have the ability to complete, or knowledge of, flood risk assesments as well. Software wise, candidates should have agood level of literacy in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microdrainage/Infrastructure design software (e.g PDS and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D).
