Job Description

Construction Site Manager - Renewables

Length of Contract -
12 months (Likely to be extended)

Rate - £200 - £300 per day (Limited company)

Start date - ASAP

We are currently looking for Construction Site Manager required to manage groundworks, mechanical, electrical, civil and other contractors on a renewable energy construction project.

The successful Construction Site Manager will have previous design and installation of process plant, temporary works, civil works and M&E.

Responsibilities

  • Management of groundworks, mechanical, electrical, civil and other contractors on the Site
  • Manage the tendering process for any Site services or hired equipment
  • Ensure there are no duplications or omissions from contractors works
  • Support and update the detailed Programme of Work
  • Build good working relationships with the project team, landlord and other stakeholders
  • Liaison with and management of suppliers and contractors
  • Identify, assess and ensure prequalification of new suppliers and contractors
  • Ensure all health, safety, quality and environmental procedures are integrated into our activities.
  • Efficient administration to ensure clarity on project costs and collation of all project documentation



The Construction Site Manager will be required to experience working on multimillion-pound projects and have come from a highly regulated industry.
