Project Engineer (civil / construction)
Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire.
£350 per day, 1 year contract
Our client, a renewable energy organisation who have built & commissioned their AD process plant sites, are currently building a brand-new facility in Aberdeen. They require an experienced Civil Project Manager Project Engineer / Construction Supervisor, with a civil or construction background.
You will take on-site responsibility as the CDM Construction Manager, to ensure that the site is built to all client, & local authority standards.
You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction supervisory positions within a process industry company, or with a civil engineering contractor to the food, biochemical, chemical or petrochemical industries or related. In addition, you should have experience of managing relations & working with contractors & consultants, plus full familiarity with CDM regulations.
You must hold a driving licence.
This role will cover construction on a large greenfield site geographically located in Aberdeen, Scotland.
This is a year-long contract (with a view to it being extended) & pro rata salary on offer likely to be in range c£70,000 to £80,000 or £350 per day depending on skills & experience.
