Compliance Manager - Waste Management

Up to £40,000 plus benefits

Permanent, Full Time

Andover - Multiple sites

We are currently seeking to recruit a HSEQ / SHEQ / Compliance Manager, to ensure that plant operations are carried out in a safe & environmentally compliant manner on multiple waste management and treatment plants. Our client is a leading waste management and recycling company.

As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure that operations comply with Health & Safety legislation.
  • Continuous improvement in company HSQE performance
  • Support management in achieving & maintaining compliance with Environmental legislation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health & safety & legal requirements
  • Promoting & demonstrating a consistently high HSEQ ethic.

To be considered for this position, you should have the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, a successful track record in the waste management or energy from waste sector, combined with current & relevant experience in HSQE & /or Compliance Management.

This is a permanent position based predominantly in the Andover area, although you will be responsible for multiple sites across Hampshire and Oxfordshire. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence.

The package on offer for this position includes a basic salary in the range of c£40,000 plus benefits including a company vehicle.
