Commercial Lawyer - Construction / Renewable Energy
Up to £65,000 plus benefits
Swindon

We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Commercial Lawyer / Solicitor, to join a leading renewable energy business based in the Swindon area. This position will focus on commercial and corporate matters, involving construction contract work, plus merger / acquisition work, etc.

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing corporate and commercial legal support within the business
  • Assisting on project, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements
  • Instruction and management of external lawyers
  • Dealing with commercial and corporate matters
  • UK focus but occasional overseas travel for projects abroad
  • Other duties as required



To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister. You should have strong drafting skills and commercial acumen, with ability to deliver high quality legal advice in a commercial context. You must also have some experience dealing with construction contracts.
