Commercial Analyst - Wind Farms

£30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits

Swindon

We are currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Analyst, to ensure high quality quantitative analysis in support of commercial development across the company. Our client is a leading Renewable Energy organisation, with the opportunity for a Commercial Analyst to join their team based in the Swindon area.

Duties for this role include in-depth regular analysis of accuracy & effectiveness of intermittent sources, production forecasts, recommending improvements, providing expert view for modelling, analysis of portfolio benefits, supporting the Commercial and Commodity Manager, structuring & negotiating PPAs, etc.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have relevant qualifications (Economics, Finance or Engineering) and at least 2 years' professional experience. Analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly. Excellent Excel skills are an advantage and knowledge of VBA / Database management (Access) is ideal. Those who can speak additional languages are desirable.

This is a permanent position working for a leading organisation within the Renewable Energy / Wind industry. The package on offer includes an attractive salary in the range of £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience), plus great company benefits.
