Civil Design Engineer

Rate - £300 - £350 per day

Duration - 6 Months

We are recruiting for a Design Engineer for a well establish Civil Engineering company based out of Reading - working on the HS2. The Civil Design Engineer will be responsible for heading up a portfolio of projects, ensuring high quality of design on Civil infrastructure sites. Managing a team of Engineers, we are searching for someone who is HND/HNC qualified in Civil Engineering with knowledge of designing highways, drainage, roads and bridges.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager the successful designer will be responsible for;

  • Leading Engineering Teams.
  • Ensuring high quality design.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Assist with development of infrastructure projects.
  • Developing in-house teams.

It is essential for the person to hold a HND/ HNC in Civil Engineering and have Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D. Experience in managing teams of designers in on Civil Engineering projects is highly desirable.
