CAD Technician - Anaerobic Digestion
£20,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced CAD Technician / Design Draughtsman, to provide engineering design support on several new & existing Anaerobic Digestion plants throughout the UK. Our client is an expanding renewable energy organisation with the opportunity for a CAD Technician to join their team based out of offices in the Worcester area.

Typical duties will include:

  • 2D/3D modelling of Anaerobic Digestion plant equipment (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
  • Drawing & modelling components
  • Interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Updated and amending outdated drawings
  • Attending & providing input at design reviews & meetings
  • Assisting the Process Engineer
  • Other duties required

To be considered, you must have experience working within a heavy process environment (Anaerobic Digestion / Water Treatment preferred) as a CAD Technician. You should have a good working knowledge of SolidWorks & AutoCAD and ideally have a relevant Engineering qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC, etc.).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation within the Anaerobic Digestion industry. The package on offer includes a salary in the range of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, plus holidays, etc.
