Field Service Engineer - Biomass

Salary - c£38,000 DoE + Benefits

Location - Swindon, Oxford, Bristol (Home Based)

We are actively searching for an experienced Biomass Engineer to carry out servicing and breakdown cover throughout the South East of England. This is a home-based role and you will be ideally located around Oxford, Bristol or Swindon.

You will be joining a team of industry experts with over 10 years of experience designing, supplying, installing and maintaining biomass heating systems for domestic and commercial customers.

General responsibilities as Field Service Engineer will include servicing and maintaining Biomass boilers such as froling and ETA ranging from 7Kw TO 1MW using Chip, Log and Pellets. Boiler replacement and commissioning, complying with company policies and legislations such as RHI, fault finding using PLC's, create systems reports etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years servicing and breakdown experience on biomass boiler systems, good customer service skills, a relevant Engineering qualification (HND/HNC/C&G etc.)

have a full and clean driving licence, live in the South East of England (Oxford, Bristol, Swindon etc.), be flexible with travel and staying away from home on occasion. You will need to be available for call out (1 in 6).

The package offered is in the region of £38,000 depending on experience plus company benefits and vehicle.
