Job Title - Assistant Site Manager

Salary - £40,000 DOE

Location - Buckinghamshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to join an industry leading IBA processing and waste business within the UK. As Assistant Site Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in the full operation and compliance of two IBA (Incineration Bottom Ash) plants.


As Assistant Site Manager you will be responsible for but not limited too;

  • Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the IBA plant working closely with the Site Manager as deputy.
  • Assist in the day to day running of the site ensuring full compliance and driving the Health and Safety culture
  • Deal with operational and administrative duties to maximise plant availability and productivity

The Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will be a self-starter and a strong Health and Safety status. You will ideally have a WAMITAB L4 qualification and be comfortable communicating at all levels of senior management to operatives. You will have previous experience within Waste Management/Quarries or Aggregate. You will have the ability to build relations and be professional and flexible at all times.
