AD Plant Operator
Salary: Up to £25,000 Dependant on experience
The company is a Global Farming & Food Business, who have invested in onsite renewable electrical power generation by utilising energy from waste.
Our client currently requires a Plant Operator to join their team, responsible for telehandler operation & maintenance, feeding fuel (renewable), & conducting basic routine maintenance plus sometimes supervising 3rd party personnel (farm workers delivering fuel etc).
The ideal candidate will have experience in working as a plant operator & you will feed the plant, recording daily loads & maintain accurate data recording.
You ideally should also hold a full, clean driving licence & be able to respond to out of hours emergencies with support from management. The position is located in Herriard, so access to your own reliable transport is essential.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Demonstrable experience of successfully working in WM
- FA Telehandler's licence.
- A trade, horticultural, engineering or related background
- Proven track record of experience fault finding and reporting on electrical issues.
- High level of Health & Safety awareness.
- Your own reliable transport.
