Academic Instructor - Electrical
Salary - £35,000- £40,000 (12-month contract)
Location - Coventry

We are currently seeking an Academic Instructor with Electrical Bias to work with our client, a prestigious technical college catering to private sector clients in the Coventry area.
You will be electrically focused and will be joining a team teaching apprentices basic engineering skills, electronically and mechanically. This will involve 70% of your time spent teaching in a classroom environment (Technical Maths, H&S, Core Subjects, Mechanical & Electrical Principles, Rail Context Modules) and 30% spent teaching in the workshop with hands on learning (Mechanical & Electrical, Hand Fitting, Wiring & Testing).
You will need to have a basic knowledge of IT skills including Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
You will have proven experience with a hands on engineering background and leadership skills.
You will be paid monthly and our client is offering £35,000 - £40,000 Depending on experience, this role is a year contract only.
Normal working routine will be 8:15-16:15 Mon- Fri and 8:15-12:15 Saturday (1 in every 3).
