About the role:

Astute's Renewables team is partnering with one of the largest wind turbine manufacturers to recruit a Project Coordinator who will work closely with Tender, Logistics, Project and Commercial Managers to secure projects.

The Project Coordinator role comes with a salary of up to £33,000 with hybrid working and a flexible pension scheme.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Project Management you will:
  • Provide sales phase support to the Tender team and contribute to the development of handover and contract documentation.
  • Participate in Customer meetings and site visits as necessary.
  • Assist Project Managers in preparing Health and Safety (H&S) Plans and Environmental & Quality Plans.
  • Administer and coordinate subcontractors, sub-supplier contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Assist Project Managers with documentation, reporting, and cost allocation.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Project Managers on financial aspects.
  • Work with Logistic Managers and Planners to define and manage logistics contractors.
  • Run SAP BI and other cloud system reports as requested and required for data analysis.
  • Manage the coordination of multiple projects concurrently.
  • Coordinate handover meetings from Projects to Service and oversee the completion of site-specific as-built documentation and snag clearance
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
  • Great working knowledge on Microsoft tools including Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator role within the wind industry.
  • In-depth understanding and appreciation of the technical, commercial, and political dynamics within the wind industry.

The Project Administrator role would suit someone who:

  • Exhibits flexibility and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proactively engages with others and is outgoing in their approach.
