£34,000- £40,000 OTE
(Basic salary starting from £25,000 per annum increasing with experience)

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Delivery Consultant/ Resourcer to join us in supporting businesses to build a sustainable world. Working as part of a team, you will liaise with candidates to provide employment opportunities in environmentally sustainable businesses nationwide including renewable energy, sustainable power and nuclear.

This position involves white-collar recruitment and will suit someone with drive and motivation to succeed in a customer-focused role.

Astute Technical is an established engineering recruitment business with an annual company turnover of £20 million and growing. We're proud to support a 9 day fortnight working pattern for you to take every other Friday off fully paid. What we can do for you:

• Up to 65 days holiday (incl. 9 day fortnight)
• OTE salary ranging between £34,000- £40,000 with a basic salary starting from £25,000 per annum

• Working within an experienced team of Delivery Consultants within our Customer Success Team with full access to a variety of sectors

Working within our Customer Success Team, you will be speaking to candidates regularly about new or upcoming vacancies within the sustainable energy market including renewable, sustainable power and nuclear energy, supporting the national target to deliver climate change.

As a Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing candidates using our internal database and multiple job boards
• Candidate management and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle including administration, interview preparation and process, and offer negotiation
• Creating attractive and engaging job adverts in line with Astute's standards and quality
• Providing feedback to candidates regarding job offers, interviews, and CV submission
• Formatting, creating, and advising candidates on their CVs and cover letters

What we need from you:

• Experience in customer service, recruitment, engineering or sales
• Highly motivated and target driven to deliver results
• Excellent telephone manner
• Outstanding organisation, IT, and administration skills
