Commercial Manager - Solar O&M
High Wycombe (with hybrid working)

Introduction
Astute are proud to be partnered with a well-established and dedicated solar operations and maintenance provider. Our client are specialists in O&M for utility scale ground mount solar farms in the UK & Europe, managing one of the largest solar farm portfolios in the UK. Together we are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to deliver high quality customer service and relationship management, along with providing fast and reliable O&M services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure high quality customer service is maintained throughout organisation and following contractual requirements and excellent customer response.
  • Input to the development of the O&M strategy.
  • Oversee performance management for all staff, including monitoring and project management and support teams.
  • Develop commercial opportunities from existing and new customer relationships.
  • Ensure rapid turnaround of quotes for remedial works.
  • Ensure remedial works are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Develop data analysis and site performance reports for all sites under management.
  • Provide input to operational budgets and financial management.
  • Minimise availability losses across all sites.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA targets for corrective works.
  • Provide an escalation point of contact for customers regarding site issues.
  • Oversee the grounds maintenance and biodiversity team.
  • Traveling to customer locations as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
  • Proven experience with people management.
  • Extensive experience in solar O&M operations.
  • Driving license essential.
Salary & Package
What's on offer for this exciting role:
  • Salary up to £60,000.

  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
