Astute Technical Recruitment are looking for a Training Consultant with a proven record of the delivering complex training projects and the analytic reporting structures that underpin Training and Development strategy.
Within this role you will be responsible for leading work streams or projects in a variety of different stages if the training lifecycle. You will be responsible for the analysis, design and evaluation of the training cycle, applying relevant tools and systems to support project delivery.
In addition you will be expected to have regular interactions with clients, to lead work-steams or projects, or to support senior colleagues in delivering specific project outputs.
As the ideal candidate you will have demonstrable experience of applying a Systematic Approach to Training (SAT, ADDIE & DSAT ) and possess the skills to transfer this between the defence and civil sectors. You will also have significant experience in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of training, and the ability to apply relevant tool and techniques to support training project delivery.
You will also be able to present information, which is compelling, engaging and unambiguous. You will have key leadership skills with a proven ability to communicate and engage at all levels with a variety of stakeholders including senior management.
