Astute Technical Recruitment are looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our client on an exciting new Pharmaceutical project in Taunton.

Roles & Responsibilities
As M&E Site Manager your responsibilities will consist of but not be limited to: -

  • Assist the M&E Manager on a daily duties
  • Assist in managing the production and liaise with the Consultant and Sub Contractors as necessary
  • Ensure effective and efficient production within set timescales, including quality and safety management
  • Anticipate activities on site by implementing follow up and management tools for works supervision
  • Supervise works on site: logistics, permit of work, method statement, progress, quality and compliance of installation with specifications, British standard and approval drawings, safety training such as SMSTS, CSCS, working at height, appointed person, first aid etc.
  • Manage coordination for site testing
  • To manage the daily activities of the appointed internal trades works contractor, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and programme for basement areas
  • Assist in the overall follow up of the sub contractor`s monthly progress
  • Lead weekly progress meetings and producing the required timeline of works / action points
  • Prepare and implement handing over process

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking an M&E Site Manager with the following: -

  • Mechanical or Electrical Degree
  • 3 years' minimum site experience
