Senior HSE Advisor
London & the South East
£50,000 + company car & other benefits

Astute Technical Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join an award-winning contractor specialising in groundworks, RC Frame, aviation and rail.

You will be responsible for providing general HSE support to everyone across multiple sites and promoting a positive safety culture in and exciting and expanding organisation.

A predominately field based role covering London and the south East of England, supporting the project teams and ensuring the everyone is compliant with current legislation. You will be reporting directly to the HSE Director.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As Senior Health & Safety Advisor reporting to the HSE Director your duties will consist of (but not be limited to): -

  • Monitoring work activity around multiple sites
  • Carrying out continuous inspections on site
  • Providing risk assessments
  • Check equipment used by the team on site
  • Undertake safety training for Subcontractors, Supervisors and other Contractors

Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor with the following: -

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in construction, must have RC frame and groundwork experience
  • CSCS card
  • Member of IOSH TECH / GRAD
