Quantity Surveyor



Astute Technical Recruitment are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with Nuclear, EFW or Water experience to join a team who are dedicated to providing high quality professional services and cutting-edge expertise.

The Role

This role will allow you to work on a multi-million range of projects with a high-profile client, which gives the team a diverse and exciting workload. You will be working within a team to provide a range of Quantity Surveying duties from project inception through to completion.
You will be required to prepare Cost Plans, Estimates, Bills of Quantities and Tender Documents, as well as providing post contract Quantity Surveying services. You will prepare data and reports to timescales in a format required by line management/ client and work collaboratively with other service teams to provide an integrated approach to client delivery.

The Candidate

As the ideal candidate you will be qualified with a BSc or equivalent in Quantity Surveying and a Chartered member of the RICS. You will hold 3 year's experience with both private and public sector clients on major projects and a working knowledge of JCR and NEC forms of contracts.
You will have a good knowledge of estimating and cost monitoring practice and have a P4 Security and SC Clearance. You will have the necessary ambition and drive to deliver a high-quality professional service and use and knowledge of CEMAR.
