Project Development Manager
Up to £43,000 DOE

Our Client is one of the UK's leading providers of Environmental solutions, offering a full range of Waste and Energy Recovery services through a vast and growing network of Plants and Facilities across the country and as such are currently recruiting for a Project Development Manager.

The Role

As Project Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and managing a range of business development projects from start to finish
  • Presenting and justifying projects to a team of internal stakeholders during the company's official meetings
  • You will verify and mange changes in project scope, schedule and costs while keeping within scope and providing comprehensive project documentation.
  • You will draft and review concept engineering design drawings, preliminary process flow diagrams and mass balance of proposed processing plants as part of the project's development stage.

The Ideal Candidate
As the ideal Candidate, you will have:

  • A degree or equivalent in engineering
  • A strong background in stakeholder management with problem solving skills
  • Good commercial and financial understanding with a good knowledge of project controls, plant design, installation, commissioning and testing
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts
