Introduction
Our Client is one of the UK's leading providers of Environmental solutions, offering a full range of Waste and Energy Recovery services through a vast and growing network of Plants and Facilities across the country and as such are currently recruiting for a Project Development Engineer.

 

The Role
As Project Development Engineer you will be responsible for assisting the PDM with the design, preparation and review of strategic projects to optimise the group portfolio.

 

Role Responsibilities
As Project Development Engineer you will support HPIO in the preparation and update of the divisional strategy. You will draft and review concept engineering design drawings, preliminary process flow diagrams and mass balance of proposed processing plants as part of the project's development stage.
As Project Development Engineer you will assist the PDM in developing the project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stake holders and ensuring technical feasibility. You will verify and mange changes in project scope, schedule and costs while keeping within scope and providing comprehensive project documentation.

 

The Ideal Candidate
As the ideal candidate you will have proven track record of process design and project engineering. You will have knowledge of AutoCAD and 3-5 years' experience in project engineering.
The ideal candidate will be degree level qualified within mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or chemical engineering. You will have good commercial and financial understanding with a good knowledge of project controls, plant design, installation, commissioning and testing.
You will be an effective communicator, self-starter and have the drive to develop within chosen career.
