Experienced Operations Supervisor sought by a successful organisation in the Power Generation sector covering sites throughout the UK (mostly South of England).
This company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage a team of 15+ site maintenance technicians, conducting maintenance on power stations throughout the UK. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will undertake a client facing, man management role. This will include training, developing & managing site operations technicians, their vehicles & site equipment. You will also remote monitor (via laptop) powergen sites, deliver reports on maintenance activities & inspections & liase with client face to face to plan activities.
To be considered you will hold a mechanical engineering qualification with a NEBOSH Health & Safety certificate. You must have leadership / supervisory experience as a man manager of small teams, a strong commitment to H&S, & be comfortable in a client facing position dealing with senior managers & directors. IT literacy & report writing / skills also required.

The financial package on offer for this role is attractive with a salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on skills & experience plus a fully expensed company vehicle, PHI, pension contribution & 25 days holiday.
