Astute Technical Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Chartered Landscape Architect to join our client who is a world leading design, engineering and project management consultancy.
The position would suit an aspiring Chartered Landscape Architect with the knowledge and ability to deliver large scale high profile projects through the planning system.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
As Senior Landscape Architect you will focus on all infrasturcture landscape opportunities across the markets of Cities, Developments, Education Commercial and Residential. The role will also invlove;
- Leading projects by providing design and technical leadership
- Liaising with key clients and discussing design and technical solutions to key to stakeholders
- Developing and ensuring design responses are pragmactic and within budget and respecting the site context
- Prepartion of Bids and Tenders
- Have a strategic vision of the market and industry and ability to focus our business to take full advantage of market conditions
Skills & Qualifications:
As the ideal candidate you will have relevant knowledge of European Landscape Convention, UK legislation, planning and EIA process. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of client managment and have a strong interest in the application of digital toolkits in LVIA etc, landscape characterisations, environmental and landscape management
You will have a portofilio of clients or contacts in the market, have experience of management teams and a driven nature.
